This coffee bean comes to us from the Agahore Farm in Gaterama Village, Burundi. This lot somewhat subverts expectations when considering what we expect from a dry-processed East African: delicate, light, floral and fruity. Although fruit tones are consistent across roast levels, this coffee’s highlights are body and sweetness.
WHAT WE TASTE: This coffee has notes of dried plum, chocolate torte, muted acidity, fruited sweetness and a syrupy mouthfeel.
BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee is a delicious and versatile offering, good for regular drip brews, espresso, manual brews like the V60, or even a nice syrupy sweet cold brew.

ROASTING INFORMATION: All coffees are roasted, packaged and shipped on Thursdays and Fridays. Our sizes 12 oz. or 5 lb. bag.
