This coffee was grown and processed at the Birbirsa coffee cooperative in Western Jimma, Ethiopia, to the northwest of familiar regions like Guji and Yirgacheffe. The Birbirsa cooperative currently only produces dry-processed coffees; focusing on one thing and doing it well! This offering is packed with bright fruit flavors and deep sweetness, with a pleasing texture that just makes you crave another cup. A base of milk chocolate with a deep honeyed sweetness and bright fruit flavors like orange/citrus and dried mango; complex & delicious.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee is served well by pour-over methods like the V60 where it’s complex flavors can really be enhanced. It also makes a delicious flash brew for you iced coffee enjoyers!
