This dry-process coffee from smallholders in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia is a clear example of what we love about Ethiopia naturals: intensely fruity, sweet, bright, and delicate. The ground coffee is very aromatic smelling of fresh fruit and florals; upon drinking you are immediately hit with the strong aroma and flavor of fresh strawberry, which transitions to blueberry juice, finally settling into a slightly earthy sweetness of dried blueberries and cherries.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee brews well on an auto-drip pot but shines on pour-over methods like the V60, Kalita Wave, and especially the Chemex where its deep fruit flavors really come through!
