The ground coffee is intensely aromatic with lots of deep fruited sweetness and elevated floral notes like jasmine. In the cup we find complexity with a backdrop of key lime, candy sweetness, and guava. As the coffee cools its sweetness becomes more pronounced and transitions to fig jam & white grape juice. Pour-over methods will highlight acidity and florality, but this coffee shines through various methods where sweetness & fruitiness may be accented.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee is served well by pour-over methods like the V60 where it’s complex flavors can really be enhanced. It also makes a delicious flash brew for you iced coffee enjoyers!
