At The Spot on Main, we wanted to develop a coffee blend that paid homage to those who came before us and helped build the community we know and love. Enjoy a cup of our Heritage Blend and experience the rich history and sense of community it represents. 

Heritage Blend – a blend of Central American, South American, and East African coffees. A well-rounded, “anytime coffee,” this medium roast has notes of milk chocolate, walnuts, and mild citrus acidity. 

WHAT WE TASTE: A nice blend of citrus notes from a Colombian coffee and a sweet and balanced Brazilian coffee

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Great for auto drip and manual brew methods like V60 or Chemex. 

• Recommended brewing ratio of 1:15.5

ROASTING INFORMATION: All coffees are roasted, packaged and shipped on Thursdays and Fridays. Our sizes 12 oz. or 5 lb. bag. 

• Recommended Resting Period: 4-5 days after roasting for best results
