Honduras COMSA, SWP Decaf

This coffee comes to us from Cafe Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA): a co-op of smallholders founded in 2001 in La Paz, Honduras promoting fair trade, organic growing practices, and economic & environmental improvements for the area.  The Honduras COSMA is decaffeinated using the Select Water Process (SWP) which uses a solution of 100% water to remove 97-99% of the caffeine

WHAT WE TASTE: Milk Chocolate | Graham Cracker | Malt | Sweet Hazelnut 

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee is great on drip, manual brew methods, or espresso. 

• Recommended brewing ratio of 1:15
  
• 1:2 ratio for espresso

ROASTING INFORMATION: All coffees are roasted, packaged and shipped on Thursdays and Fridays. Our sizes 12 oz. or 5 lb. bag. 

• Recommended Resting Period: 2-3 days after roasting for best results
