This wet-process coffee from Nicaragua offers up a clean cup with a classic Central America profile: mild acidity, nuttiness, milk chocolate, citrus fruit sweetness. As the coffee cools the sweetness becomes more pronounced and develops into more of a fruit syrup.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: This is a versatile coffee that will do well on any brew method, but particularly shines on a V60 or Chemex.
